Why Can’t You Just Give Up? I Believe in You!

Three years ago I found myself questioning everything about my existence. Life definitely was not bad for me. I had a large, beautiful home in Arizona, healthy kiddos, a job at a company of awesome people, and a husband that worked and preferred to avoid any conflicts. Even with all of that, there was this consuming sense of emptiness, guilt, overwhelm, and exhaustion. I wanted to give up on it all.

That moment was the best moment in my life…

Why? Because instead of quitting and giving up, I did something better. I overcame depression and anxiety naturally. How? By discovering authentic self I was able to emerge from the drowning sensation I experienced on a daily basis. The opportunity to enhance and create the life I desired made itself clear. My next level evolution began. All that was left to do was empower my life and begin living energetically alive and fiercely free of depression and anxiety.

Facts

Life is constantly changing and as a mom life can be chaotic. You give so much of yourself to others that you somehow get stuck on pause and forget yourself. Self-care and self-love are great but it doesn’t mean you know who you are in this current moment. This is the danger zone.

Addressing this from experience, it is too easy to become someone who you believe the rest of the world expects you to be. How can you ever be true to anyone else if you cannot be true to yourself? It is such an easy question yet so difficult to answer – “who am I?”

You are many, many things. The first go to may be negative, it may be positive, it may be -eh. My money is on the fact that your first go to is not entirely fact. There may be so much missing from your answer. It may be what you feel is the truth. However, not a fact. Why do I say this?

Because you are experiencing depression and anxiety. Depression and anxiety stem from you doing all these things that do not light up your soul. It comes from a disconnect between your energy source, your spirit, and soul. When this happens it makes you feel like you are not you. The emotion consumes you and makes you want to quit.

Don’t quit! You mean too much to the future of this world. Why do I care?

This is All About and For You

I believe that moms are the key to the world’s future success.
The darkness comes in many forms and tries to weaken our spirits, but there is a brilliant light within us that never dies out.
I believe my mission is to remind you of this.
You are a woman, you are a mom, and you are so much more.
I believe you are a rare and unique phenomena in the Universe.
I believe the brilliance within moms is powered by the Universe.
I believe the only problem is the misinformation given to us that has stolen our freedoms; our birthright.
Every mom has a fierce, natural instinct guided by their fighter soul.
You are a giver of life, you are nurturer, and you are a protector.
I believe that life has violently erupted the source of your pain it has now become your purpose.
I believe that your vulnerability does not make you weak instead it makes you stronger.
All of the anger, rage, grief and heartbreak will evolve into the spark needed to light up your passion.
I believe that you are a warrior because you know that there is shit to do and you’re committed to doing it.
A warrior has a fierce survival instinct that has been transformed into resilient energy, fearless confidence, and the remarkable ability of your inner strength awaken your brilliance.
I believe that the measure of a warrior is how well they succeed at being who they are not who they are expected to be.
I believe your fighter soul once connected to your warrior spirit will empower your Wonderfully Optimistic Warrior Mom.
Then and only then will you awaken your brilliance and have the power to give your kiddos the best of you.
